Intern

We are looking for multiple Interns. Our ambition is to grow our number of platform investments in the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for you to join our New Business (NB) team, which is the Private Equity team responsible for new platform investments.

The NB team is engaged in developing new platforms and expanding existing ones. In doing so, the team works on many different projects in an entrepreneurial setting. The lines of communication are short and decisions can be taken quickly. As a result, you immediately see the impact and results of your work. People are very involved because it involves their own money.

• Identifying and analysing investment propositions
• Supporting parts of the transaction (model, valuation, structure, terms, bid)
• Supporting DD processes, including preparing 100-day plan
• Analysing markets to launch new buy-and-build platforms
• Supporting potential sales/exit trajectories

• Relevant internship experience, e.g. within M&A, Strategy Consulting or Private Equity
• Business, financial and/or economic background
• Affinity with entrepreneurship and/or working with entrepreneurs
• Analytical, intellectual and conceptual skills
• Experience with Excel and Powerpoint
• Communicative and social skills
• Proactive, independent and flexible attitude
• Team player with a sense of humour
• Fluency in Dutch and English
