Your.Cloud makes its first telecom and IT acquisition in Belgium: IPSys Solutions joins the group

Amsterdam/Liège, January 13, 2026 – Your.Cloud has completed the acquisition of IPSys Solutions, a leading Belgian telecom and IT service provider. This marks Your. Cloud has completed its first acquisition in Belgium within the TICTS segment (Telecom, IT & Cloud Technology Services), focusing on Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that deliver both telecom and IT solutions.

With this step, IPSys Solutions becomes part of a growing group of like-minded companies that focus on high-quality managed services while retaining their local identity and entrepreneurship. From its offices in Liège and Brussels, IPSys employs more than 60 professionals who work on customer-oriented solutions in the areas of IP telephony, payment solutions, connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, and IT services.
By joining Your.Cloud, IPSys can accelerate its ambition to grow into a full-service provider with a seamless portfolio of managed telecom, security, and IT services.
