Amsterdam / Rotterdam, 7 April 2026 – Your.Cloud has completed the acquisition of CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT, two Dutch IT service providers. With this step, Your.Cloud strengthens its position in the Netherlands and takes another step toward its ambition of becoming the leading managed services platform in the country.
CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT are full-service IT providers for SMBs. The companies have a strong presence in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague regions and support customers throughout the Netherlands from their offices in Mijdrecht, Rotterdam, and Vlijmen.
