Your.Cloud strengthens Dutch MSP with acquisition of CAB Holland
Amsterdam/Gorinchem, January 27, 2026 - Your.Cloud has completed the acquisition of CAB Holland, a Dutch IT service provider headquartered in Gorinchem. With this step, Your.Cloud strengthens its position in the Netherlands and supports its ambition to be the number one managed service platform in the Netherlands.
CAB holland is an established name in Gorinchem and the Drechtsteden region. The company serves a diverse customer portfolio, specializing in logistics, the agricultural sector, and engineering firms. CAB holland supports customers with a mix of private, on-premises, and cloud solutions. This broad range of services gives CAB holland a distinctive position and enables it to provide full service to medium-sized organizations with a high degree of complexity.
Family business with shared values

New Managing Director
Following Jos Baggerman's resignation, Danny Creteer will take over the role of Managing Director. Danny has more than 25 years of IT experience and has worked in various locations across Europe. In countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Spain, he has set up, managed, and even completely revamped IT departments and companies. With this experience, he will help prepare CAB Holland for the future.
